Chityal (Nalgonda): Top CPM leader Brinda Karat on Sunday described the Congress as ‘corrupt’ while urging voters not to give that party and ‘communal’ BJP a chance in Telangana, a ‘land of sacrifices’.Addressing a road show here in support of the party candidates for the Bhongir Lok Sabha and Nakrekal Assembly seats, Ch. Sitaramulu and Mamidi Narsaiah, respectively, she accused both the Congress and BJP of trying to ‘usurp power using black money’. The CPM alone could effectively represent workers, farmers and women in legislatures, she stated.
