Jagan’s promises
His major promises include depositing Rs 1,000 in a mother's account for the education of two children, hiking old age pension from Rs 200 to Rs 700, setting up a market stabilisation fund for the benefit of farmers and loan waiver for self-help group women
Naidu’s promises

Hyderabad: Promises of Swarnandhra Pradesh, reviving the golden era of YSR, waiving of farm loans, appointment of two deputy chief ministers, fight against corruption and promise of an honest and transparent administration, top priority to agriculture and allied sectors and nine hour-free power during day time to agriculture formed the main theme of the political parties in Seemandhra where electioneering came to an end on Monday evening.
The high pitch poll campaign saw the top leaders of YSRCP,TDP-BJP and the Congress party conduct road shows, bike rallies and take up whirlwind tours.
While Modi, Naidu and Pawan Kalyan undertook a whirl-wind tour of Seemandhra by addressing six public meetings in the two regions last week to give a push to the prospects of the alliance, YS Jaganmohan Reddy, his mother Y S Vijayalakshmi and sister Sharmila went round 25 Lok Sabha constituencies in Seemandhra and took up intense campaign. Union Minsiters K Chiranjeevi and Jairam Ramesh, APCC president N Raghuveera Reddy were among those who campaigned for the Congress party. Sonia Gandhi and Rahul highlighted the decisions announced for the benefit of Seemandhra in the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and its plans for the development of the residuary state. In East Godavari district which has 19 Assembly constituencies saw special attention by YSRCP and TDP and both the parties vied with each other to reach the masses. Reports of distribution of money and liquor to lure the voters have also poured in from this district.
In Visakhapatnam Parliamentary constituency the lanes of the steel city were choked with rallies on Monday.
Y S Vijayalakshmi is contesting from here against K Hari Babu of the BJP. He is supported by the TDP.
Hectic campaign was also witnessed in Anakapally. There are about 14 lakh voters in the constituency.
The Election Commission has identified 550 polling booths as sensitive and another 250 as highly sensitive booths. Kadapa Lok Sabha constituency had witnessed intense campaign during the last one week. Jagan, his sister and mother, BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu, D Purandeswari, N Chandrababu Naidu and others concentrated in this constituency. In Vijayawada the TDP and the YSRCP were the two parties which took up a high voltage campaign.
A whopping Rs 140 crore of unaccounted cash was seized in undivided Andhra Pradesh, during the enforcement of the model code of conduct according to the Election Commission.
