The Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) of CII is organising the 12th Green Building Congress, 2014, from September 4 to 6 at Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC).
Through Green Building Congress, IGBC, aims to draw attention of various stakeholders including homemakers, students community and architects on how green buildings will facilitate a healthy and greener India and also makes good business sense.

Mangu Singh, MD, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd; Dr Prem C Jain, chairman, IGBC; C Shekar Reddy, national president, CREDAI and Chairman, IGBC – Hyderabad Chapter and Vanitha Datla, VC, CII, will address the inaugural Session on September 4.
The inaugural session would also be marked by the release of IGBC Green Building rating systems for new buildings, metro stations, schools, launch of IGBC online and inaugurating the international exhibition.
Green Building Congress 2014 will focus on architectural perspectives in green buildings, national and international experiences, global and national trends, case studies, green building materials.
