HMR told to identify land pockets for parking slots

In the weekly review meeting of Metro Rail held on Tuesday by chief secretary Rajiv Sharma the focus was on identifying land pockets for parking lots. The CS informed HMR to submit the report within a week and also instructed L&TMRHL to adhere to the targets for completion of those works.

NVS Reddy informed CS that critical properties such as Country Club and property of WAKF board at Begumpet were acquired. In addition, seven important properties were also dismantled. The three interchange Metro Rail stations at Ameerpet, Parade Grounds and Imlibun are in progress.
