From rural folk engaged in a pose to a door reminiscent of Islamic architecture, the variety of paintings on display is worth a dekko. “I have great admiration for the blues, and that is what inspires me to paint”, says Anita Sharma who is an oil paint artist from Canada. “I usually paint anything that I find eye catching, Art is for everybody”, she says.

Every artist’s individuality comes to the fore. If Ananya Ranga sticks to her belief. “Everyone will have a different perspective on art, my perspective is where I want to manipulate the reality to portray the art it in a more enhanced way.” The Australian artist Lona Logan swears by placing a coin instead of the proverbial signature in her paintings.

“I love Mogul art. The pathways always inspire me to follow them in my painting”, she added. Besides painting Lona is a street photographer. She usually clicks photographs that interests her and then paints the same. Sayyad Shaiek, says that “There are many hidden artists across the world.

Few of them are from remote villages. My idea behind conducting art shows is to bring the talented artists into light”. “I contact talented artists and organise art shows like these to exhibit their talent. It’s a kind of encouragement”, he added.
