The event for schoolchildren was organised at Aakriti Art Gallery. As many as 54 artists from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana exhibited their paintings on the theme. The art expo attracted a good number of art lovers, too.
Painting exhibition convener P Ramesh said the drawing contest was organised to encourage young talent. MLC Boddu Nageswara Rao who attended the valedictory of the art expo, gave away prizes to the winners of drawing competition.
