The Safari Ride at the Nehru Zoological Park is all set to be open today at 9 am. The Environment Minister Jogu Ramanna will flag off four newly acquired CNG buses for the ride along with 10 battery operated vehicles.

Animals like Albino Black Bucks, Barking Deer and smooth coated Indian Otters will be released into their respective enclosures for public display.
Dignitaries like Chief Secretary for EFS&T, Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Chief Conservator of Forests, (Wildlife) and Chief Wildlife Warden, Dr G Chandra Shekar Reddy, IFS, Chief Conservator of Forests/Conservator of Forests, Wildlife and Curator, Nehru Zoological Park will be present on the occasion.
