Impressive vocal concert

Hemadri Music Academy has organized vocal concert of Darbha Mruduravali in Ramalingaswamy temple auditorium, Tenali on Saturday evening.

Mruduravali commenced her concert with Saveri ragan in Aditalam.

With soft and melodious voice she has captured the attention of audience.

Mruduravali continued the concert with the keerthana “Bhaja maanasa” in Bhahudhari ragam, Syama Sastry’s Kriti “Brova intha thamasame” in Maanji ragam, Saint Thyagaraja swamy composition “Rama Chintanatho” in Purnachandrika ragam, Patnam Subrahmaniyam Iyer composition” Aparadhamula maanpi” in Lathangi ragam.

Mrudula has chosen Dhanyasi ragam as main item. Her excellent raga alapana impressed the connoisseurs gathered in the auditorium.

She has concluded her concert with ‘Thillana’ of Balamurali Krishna in Aahiri Bhiravi ragam
The concert was efficiently supported by Hemadri Chandrakanth on violin, Aravind on mridangam and Kaladhar on kanjeera.

Meeting organised on this occasion, the president of the academy MKR Sastry paid tributes to the music legend Mangalampalli Balamurali Krishna.

He also said that music is divine and the academy will continue its music promotion in Tenali town.

Hemadri Sudarshana Sarma, N Mallikharjuna Rao was also on the dais.
