So stop being ignorant and eat food intelligently so that you too can overcome all the darkness in your life. Follow this diet and take heed of the table so you eat smart.
- Water.
- Fruit + coconut water.
- Dry Fruits - raisins 3tbsp or 4 figs or 5 dates or 6 dried.
- Apricots.
- Cucumber salad with grated coconut + white gourd vegetable + rajgira roti or vari rice curd.
- Nuts - a handful.
- White gourd soup + potato pattice or yam pattice or sweet potato or raw banana with mint chutney.
- Cook in cow’s ghee and add rock salt and lemon wherever necessary

Samo Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup barnyard millet (samo) rice
- 250 gms white gourd
- 2 cup water
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 green chili
- 1 tsp grated ginger paste
- 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- ½ tbsp cow’s ghee
- Rock salt to taste
Method
- Dry roast samo rice till it turns light brown.
- Heat in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chili, ginger paste and grated coconut. Saute for 1 minute.
- Add white gourd and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add samo rice, rock salt and mix well.
- Add 2 cups hot water and mix well.
- Cover and lower the gas.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or till all the water is absorbed and rice becomes soft.
- Garnish it with coriander and serve
