Intermediate exams from today

Hyderabad: As many as 973,237 students from across the Telangana State would appear for Intermediate examination to be held from Monday.They include 4.66 lakh students of first year and 5.06 lakh students of second year. While first year examinations are commencing from March 9, the second year examinations are starting from March 11.

The examination will be held at 1,251 test centres, including 37 self centres. The examinations will conclude on March 23. The Board of Intermediate Education has set up a round-the-clock control room, with telephone numbers 040- 24601010 and fax number 040-24655027, to monitor the examinations. The BIE has asked the students not to bring any electronic gadget in the examination hall.
