Dryfruit Chokha ni Kheer
Ingredients:
Milk (full cream) 1 liter
Soakedbasmati rice ½ cup
Sugar 6 tbsp
For garnishing
Green cardamoms 5 - 6
Raisins 12 – 14
Dry-fruits chopped
Method
• Bring the milk to boil, add rice and reduce heat.
• Cook stirring continuously till it reduces to one-third of the original quantity.
• Add sugar and mix well by partially crushing rice.
• Add cardamom and raisins.
• Serve hot by garnishing with chopped dry fruit while serving.
