‘Khud Kamao Khud Khao’ second phase launch on May 15
The second phase of ‘Khud Kamao Khud Khao’ literally translated as earn yourself and eat yourself will be launched on May 15, as revealed by S Z Sayeed, President of All India Small Scale Industries Minorities Committee recently. The programme will benefit the unemployed youth and women in the twin cities.

The programme will benefit the unemployed youth and women in the twin cities. He said that a vehicle would visit different parts of the city and disseminate detailed information about various self-employment schemes, which could be started with little investment.
Addressing a meeting of the Committee at Minorities Bhavan in Chanchalguda, he said that the Committee had prepared a list of the business and manufacturing activities in this regard including paper cups and paper plates, incense sticks, candles, paper bags, pickles, jams, jellies, garlic ginger paste, papad, cosmetics, rubber slippers, leather footwear, ladies’ purse, phenyl, cleaning acids, detergent powder, potato chips and etc. The committee would also provide technical know-how and training to the needy youth.
