GHMC Commissioner’s impromptu visit surprises sanitation worker
One Innova car all of sudden stops in front of a GHMC worker who is busy with sanitation work near a hotel opposite to Secretariat on Friday. Two Officers come out of the car and start a casual friendly talk with the worker.
Hyderabad: One Innova car all of sudden stops in front of a GHMC worker who is busy with sanitation work near a hotel opposite to Secretariat on Friday. Two Officers come out of the car and start a casual friendly talk with the worker.
Their aim being to enquire entire details of the sanitation worker from salary to health insurance. Andalamma, the worker, informed them about the in-time salary and regular health checkups. On enquiring whether she knew them or not, Andalamma responded negatively.
When they introduced themselves, Andalamma was surprised to know that she was talking with none other than GHMC commissioner Dr B Janardhan Reddy and additional commissioner Sanitation Wing Shruthi Ojha. Andalamma expressed her happiness on being enquired by the higher officials about her well being.
