Bhagyanagar Bonala panel seeks `15 cr for Jathara
President of Bhagyanagar Sri Mahankali Jathara Bonala Utsavala Ummadi Devalayala Uregimpu Committee, Gajula Anjaiah requested the State government to increase the budget for jathara from Rs 10 crore to 15 crore this year at a media conference held here on Wednesday.

The president explained the details of Ashada Masam Bonala Jathara. The Bonala Jathara will commence from July 15 and conclude on August 6. The festival of procession will start from Golconda on July 15.
Devotees in large number will present Bonalu to Sri Mahankali Ujjain Ammavaru at Secunderabad on July 29. The Bonala Jathara will be held at Hyderabad and some parts of the Old City on August 5. Members of the Committee Madhusudan, Vijay Kumar, Venkatesh, Rajesh, Ram Yadav were present.
