U-turn on the stretch will stop mishaps: Corporator

They opined that a U-turn near N Village Hotel was a necessity and the divider must be closed to stop accidents at the spot.
LB Nagar: LB Nagar Traffic SI Janaki Reddy and corporator Srinivas Rao visited an accident-prone spot near Green Park Colony on Sunday. They found that the divider on a small stretch of road was open. They opined that a U-turn near N Village Hotel was a necessity and the divider must be closed to stop accidents at the spot.
They hoped that accidents could be prevented by repairing the divider on the spot. Reddy assured that the U-turn would soon be formed on the stretch. Locals say that there were minor accidents every other day leading to skirmishes among commuters and causing a chaotic situation in the traffic. The divider is of no use and it would be better for people to go a bit further and take a U-turn said Mallesh, a resident.
