Maheshwaram: As the Panchayat employees and workers strike entered eighth day on Monday, leaders of various political and worker unions visited strike camp at Kandukur mandal office. TDP district president Ramachandra Reddy along with CPI (M) district committee member Ramachandra said that due to the strike villages are suffering with sanitation and other problems. They demanded the State government to fulfill employees and workers demands.
TDP mandal president Sattaiah, Agricultural workers Association mandal secretary B Srinivas, MRPS mandal president M Narsimha, CPI mandal secretary KG Shankar, Congress party leader Shravan Kumar, B Sridhar Reddy, Sattaiah, D Srinivas, Mahesh, Lingamaiah were present. Meanwhile demanding to fulfill their demands, Panchayat workers at Maheshwaram lay sieged MPDO officer under the supervision of CITU leaders.
