The forecast said light to moderate rain or thundershowers are very likely to occur at most places in Telangana from August 20 to 23, as a low pressure area has formed over the north-west Bay of Bengal and its neighbourhood under the influence of the cyclonic circulation over the north-west Bay off the WB¬-Odisha coasts.
