Hyderabad: The prolonged strike by the APNGOs Association is likely to be called off on Thursday. It is evident that the APNGOs and other government employees’ organizations have been on a prolonged stir since August 12 are likely to resume talks with the Chief Minister Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy on Thursday.
According to the sources, APNGOs leader Paruchuri Ashok Babu has been lobbying with the top officials of the administration for Thursday talks and gave indications to them that they too would follow the ensemble.
Ashok Babu on Tuesday met General Administration Department Political Secretary, N. Siva Sankar and discussed about the agenda for Thursday’s meeting.
Ashok Babu said, “The Chief Secretary asked us to prepare a representation on how the Article 371D plays a crucial role consequent to the Centre’s decision to divide the state. We will submit the report in a few days”
