SJ Janardhan took charge as the Superintendent of Police of Government Railway Police, Secunderabad, recently. He is a bureaucrat from the 1996 batch and had worked in various critical assignments in Sirpur Kagaznagar, Adilabad and other districts of Telangana.

He is a bureaucrat from the 1996 batch and had worked in various critical assignments in Sirpur Kagaznagar, Adilabad and other districts of Telangana. He was conferred with IPS in 2010. Prior to this posting, he was the Railway Superintendent of Police, Guntkal Division. Janardhan wants to focus on the safety of railway passengers, detection and prevention of crimes in trains and in station premises.
