Kathmandu (Nepal): Expressing concern over the tragedy which their nation suffered due to the devastating earthquake, the locals in Kathmandu hoped not to witness such a large-scale destruction in the future.

"I prayed to God that may we never get to witness such a tragedy again," said a local.

"If the earthquake comes again, nothing will be left in Nepal," added another local.

The death toll due to the earthquake in Nepal has now climbed over 5,200. The aid has begun reaching the country's far-flung areas.

So far, over 5,000 people have died in the earthquake. The figure may go up when the rescuers reach the remote areas.

Anger and frustration in the country has been increasing with many people sleeping out in the open under makeshift tents for a fourth night yesterday since the country's worst quake in more than 80 years.
