Facebook's open plateform Free basics aimed at offering Internet access to the poorest but in reality it is going to be a very controlled one. Facebook funder Mark Zuckerberg defends his project arguing in favor of providing Internet access for all. But this large scale calculated operation questions Internet neutrality: How can Facebook seek to provide free Internet to the poor and limit its access on the other hand ?

However, one may doubt Facebook co-founder and chief executive's generosity as his latest donation went to his own foundation, which is not listed as a charity.

Equality ought to go along with freedom when it comes to Internet. Indian activists fight against this "Poor Internet for poor people". It seems that over Free Basics, India choses liberty.
