Teachers felicitated
As part of week-long celebrations of Teacher’s Day in the district, the Lions Club, Mahbubnagar along with Kalyani Foundation felicitated teachers on Modern School premises on Wednesday.
Mahbubnagar: As part of week-long celebrations of Teacher’s Day in the district, the Lions Club, Mahbubnagar along with Kalyani Foundation felicitated teachers on Modern School premises on Wednesday.
Government teachers, who have exhibited exemplary work and rendered selfless service for the betterment of the society, were honoured with a shawl and a memento by Kullu Shiva Kumar Naidu, Joint Collector, Mahbubnagar, who was present as chief guest on the occasion.
“The profession of teaching is one of the noblest professions among all. They are the ones who serve the society selflessly and mould the students as citizens of next generation. We must respect our teachers wherever they are and must follow their advice as they provide valuable guidance,” said the Joint Collector.
The teachers who were felicitated on the occasion include Balalingaiah and Laxma Reddy, senior teachers from ZPHS Boys, Marikal, Jagadeeshwar Reddy from TSWRS, Srikanth and Narsimha Reddy.
