Heavy rainslash Gadwal district

Gadwal: Heavy rains lashed the Jogulamba Gadwal district and washed away roads and agriculture fields in upper areas of Manovapadu mandal.

With water from Valoor rivulet gushing onto the road, road connection between Manovapadu and Gadwal cut off and people faced hardships to reach district headquarters.

Meanwhile, one person who tried to cross through the gushing waters was slipped into the Valoor rivulet along with his two-wheeler. People immediately pulled the person with a rope and saved his life.
