The Thanda is in Chivvemla mandal in Suryapet district. Chivvemla SI Praveen Kumar observed that some miscreants have resorted to this only to terrify the Thanda people. He felt they might have sprayed animal blood on the walls of houses and along the road.
He assured of nabbing the culprits at the earliest. Counselling was given to the villagers and a temporary police outpost was set up at Thanda to restore normality.
