400 additional buses for Medaram Jatara

Kothagudem: As many as 400 additional buses are arranged for the Sammakk- Sarakka Jatara said the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) Regional Manager Siva Kumar here on Wednesday.

Speaking to the media persons about arrangements of the bus services for the Medaram Jatara, Siva Kumar said as part of the Maha Jatara the TSRTC would make arrangements for the passengers. Around 4,000 additional services would be arranged all over State, he added.

From January 28 to February 4, the Khammam region depots would provide 400 additional services for devotees, he said. If the heavy rush witness during the festive time the Corporation would increase services, RM said. He explained that the bus services details of the Khammam Regional, the Khammam depot-20, Yelldandhu- 90, Kothagudem -1,000, Palvoncha- 30, Tekula pally - 10, Bhadrachalam - 40, Charla -10, Venkatapuram - 20, Wazeedu-10, Yeturnagaram - 20, Mangapet -10 Manuguru - 40 and additional services would be arranged if required, he said.

The Regional Manager urged the passengers to cooperate the department employees during Jatara for the smooth-running services. He said the experienced drivers would be appointed and services would be available within the Khammam Regional Bus centres at every ten minutes, he added.
