Officials told to upload error-free land survey details online

Suryapet: District Collector Anita Ramachandran ordered the officials concerned to take the help of Village Revenue Officers and Deputy Tahsildars to crosscheck records with regard to land survey before upgrading them online.

The Collector conducted a review meeting with Tahsildars on Tuesday over uploading of Pattadar passbooks and revenue records online, at the Collectorate meeting hall in Bhongir. She directed the officials concerned to take the help of subordinates and upload the data online after careful examination and confirmation of land owners.

Stating that printing of Pattadar passbooks would be carried out as per the online data, she informed the officials to pay special attention and take utmost care while preparing the data without any errors. Respective officials would be held responsible, if any mistakes take place while entering the data online, she underlined.

The Collector further advised the RDOs to examine the entered records before they finalise it online. She also inquired with the officials concerned about the mandal-wise integrated data, Aadhaar seeding etc. Joint Collector Narayana Reddy, DRO Mahender Reddy, RDOs Bhoopal Reddy, Suraj Kumar, E-Section Superintendent Srinivas Raju and others attended the meeting.
