Local people under the aegis of all party leaders has staged protest demonstration against government decision to shift Sub-registrar office from Ramannapet to another place.
Ramanapet (Yadadri-Bhongir): Local people under the aegis of all party leaders has staged protest demonstration against government decision to shift Sub-registrar office from Ramannapet to another place.
Leaders of all parties, document writers and local peopleheld a meeting at R&B guest house and organised a protest demonstration on Chityal- Bhongir main road for two hours. Protestors raised slogans against government and officials concerned and demanded that the sub-registrar office should not be moved from Ramnnapet.
Addressing the protest rally, all party leaders said Sub-registrar office has been rendering the services to the people of the region, Shifting of the office would deprive livelihood of 100 families, including document writers, tea vendor, workers in hotels and stationary shops.
They demanded that government withdraw the decision of shifting sub-registrar office. Expressing their solidarity to protest demonstration, local traders downed the shutters of their shops voluntarily and participated in the demonstration. A large number of vehicles remained stranded for two hours on either side of the highway.
