Taking a strong objection to the views expressed by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on tenant farmers, he said that the farming community is in crisis due to unfavourable conditions and announced that BJP would come to the rescue of farmers.
Speaking at a public meeting as part of the Jana Chaitanya Yatra at Jagityal, the BJP leader said that the party would dig borewells for farmers and reintroduce the Tenancy Act in the state if it wins the elections.
He also said that the party is prepared for early elections.
