A farmer allegedly committed suicide in Hyderabad on Monday. The deceased has been identified as Sudhakar Reddy, who had been suffering from financial losses for the last three years after he took loans for farming.
According to the police, the farmer was struggling to repay the loans owing to the losses.
He took the extreme step by consuming poison at his residence under the Yacharam police station limits on Monday.
The police have sent the body to the Ibrahimpatnam government hospital for postmortem and registered a case in this regard.
