Visakhapatnam: The District Urban TDP leaders on Friday condoled the death of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and paid floral tribute to the sand sculpture designed at RK Beach of the veteran BJP leader.
The BJP veteran had visited Visakhapatnam and its adjacent districts many times as part of campaigning for Jan sangh.
During 1995 he also addressed telugu people in the public meetings held at Anakapalli and Dr Lankapalli Bullaya College as part of Bharat Parikrama Yatra.He had his final visit to the city in 2004 electections with TDP supremo Nara Chandra Babu Naidu.
