Comedian Venu Madhav filed nomination as an independent candidate for Kodad assembly constituency today morning around 11 am.
Venu Madhav was born and brought up in Kodad where he had campaigned for TDP and entertained the people with his mimicry at the public meetings. Later he moved to the film industry.
The comedian said that he wants to serve his constituency people by getting into politics.
