Actor-cum-producer Vishal detained by police

Movie actor cumproducer Vishal on Thursday was detained by police here for trying to break into the Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council TNFPC office which was locked by one faction of the members, said police
Chennai:Actor Vishal was arrested by Teynampet police on Wednesday for trying to break the door of Tamil Nadu Producers' Council office which was locked by the producers protesting against the actor.
The producers' locked up the office demanding Vishal's resignation who has been serving as the president of Tamil producers association. They alleged that the actor's decision might put the producers in loss who is showing favouritism to some of the producers.
Protesting against him, the producers association locked the room on Wednesday and handed over the keys to a nearby police station. The police arrested the actor for trying to break the office door.
