When a survey conducted women aged 18 to 35 to find out where they stand on the burning issues of the day. So do they all want to found start ups? Do they still believe in marriage? CAREER
FLEXI MODE ON : 78 percent of our respondents said they wanted job security. PASSION IS KEY

They also want to pursue multiple paths at the same time - one can be a techie and home baker on weekends, or musician and a lawyer at the same time. Being pigeon holed into one job could become a thing of past.
RESTLESS AT WORK
While 62 percent said they never wanted to retire, they have no plans to park themselves in one job forever, either. Around 70 percent believed 2-4 Years was the ideal time to stick with one position m. The young seem to feel restless if they don’t see growth or when learning stagnates. That is why companies are striving harder to retain good talent and giving employees a sense of purpose beyond the JD.
PAY AND PLAY BOTH IMPORTANT
The work profile and pay package are no longer the only deciding factors. With the arrival of younger workforce for whom a lively work environment is as important as the salary, organisation are learning be less stuffy. Dress codes are relaxed, hierarchy is getting flatter, and there’s openness in culture.
STRUCTURES ARE OUT:
WOmen today are breaking away from 9 to 5 structure and would rather be in their own. This clearly shows as a sign of their hunger to stay ahead of the curve. MNCs can be perceived as having too much red tape, as well as too many processes to be able to move the needle fast. Risk is seen as more and more of a good thing.
SEX
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
Half the women interviewed, including 20 percent who hit maybe said they were okay with sex without a commitment, while only 5 percent won’t mind having more than one partner at the same time. Women are aware of the sexual rights and are open to experimentation. But at the same time they are looking for quality over quantity, and would rather have less sex than have bad sex, observes leading sexologist. They want to devote more time to foreplay, after and are vocal about their needs.
HISTORY MORE IMPORTANT THAN GEOGRAPHY
