It is a proactive step taken by the Andhra Pradesh government on cyclone "Phethai ".The Real Time Governance[RTG] which has been rightly used by the chief minister , by approaching the National disaster response force[NDRF],State disaster response force SDRF, Irrigation departments has impacted well in the State .The government employees took an initiative by visiting all the villages near to the coastal areas, downhill regions and also the uphill regions and the areas which was bound to be affected .
The government analysed the situation beforehand and has acted as a forerunner not only in the matter of public but also in its services such as transport, electricity provision etc. Futher more this decreased the death rate , this measure has saved a lot of lives and families . In above all the conditions this was only possible because of the co-ordination between the government and the people , which helped in restraining the heavy uproar caused by the cyclone.
