Stalling of Parliament serves purpose

However, now a days stalling of Parliament is happening on a daily basis is often a common scene. Eventhough a huge amount of public money is wasted, politicians,both ruling and opposition hardly seem to be bothered.

Many people lament that politicians allow smooth functioning of Parliament only when they decide to hike the pay. For quite sometime the Parliament is not functioning properly with precious working hours lost and important bills getting shelved. Only when politicians rise above their petty politics and keep national interest above all, there will be smooth functioning of the Parliament.
