When Meghwal tried to contact the officials from the spot, there was no network and he could not reach them. The villagers told him that this was a major issue faced by the villagers.
They advised him to climb a tree to get the network. Immediately, a ladder was brought for the minister. Meghwal climbed the ladder kept against a tree and got the proper network and he could talk to the officials.
