Poster released on 104-Service

Eluru: West Godavari Joint Collector Dr T Babu Rao Naidu on Monday underlined the need for awareness among people on health. He released the poster on 104-Service at free health and medical counselling centre. The Joint Collector, observing that prevention is better than cure, asked the people to concentrate on steps to be taken to prevent diseases rather than going for treatment after affected. He wanted them to develop healthy life style and undergo regular health check up to keep themselves fit. He said that the government has launched the 104-Service to cater to the health needs of people. He called upon the citizens to avail the services offered by the government. District Revenue Officer M Mohan Raju, Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer D Narayana, district coordinator of Aarogyasri Dr Prabhakar Rao and others participated in the function.
