Hyderabad: Asian Games-2018 heptathlon gold medallist Swapna Barman has been given a shot in the arm for the second straight year by the city-based Great Sports Infra (GSI) here on Wednesday.
A South Asia leader in turnkey solutions for sports infrastructure, GSI has reiterated its commitment to Swapna, according to its Managing Director Anil Kumar, who added. “We are proud of her achievement in the Asian Games 2018.”
GSI, which has been supporting Rani Rampal, has also been sponsoring players like Anuradha Vaidyanathan (triathlete), Shashi Singhatia (archer) and Anurag Kuruvada (chess).
