Nagarjunasagar Dam: The man-made marvel is one of the world's largest and tallest Masonry dams built over Krishna river. Located in the Nalgonda district the dam has the capacity of irrigating about 10 acres of land. Apart from the modern architectural grandeur, the place is also famous for its Buddhist excavations.

Medak Cathedral: Located in the heart of Medak city, the Medak Cathedral is one of the largest churches in India and Asia. The Medak Diocese is the single largest diocese in Asia and is second to none other than the Vatican. Consecrated on December 25, 1924, the biggest attraction of the church is its stained-glass windows, which depict different scenes from the life of Christ.

Kawal Wildlife Sanctuary: This sanctuary was declared as Tiger Reserve in 2012 by the Union Government. Located at Jannaram mandal of Mancherial District this is the oldest sanctuary in Telangana. Kawal Wildlife Sanctuary is known for its flora and fauna. And go open jeep safari and you will surely spot many creatures from the wild and even tiger.

Kuntala Waterfalls: The aquatic water bodies always are a soothing sight to view. The Kuntala Waterfalls in Adilabad is considered to be highest waterfalls in Telangana. With a height of 147 feet (45 meters), the place is a hub for tourists. According to the legend Kuntala Waterfalls was names after Shakuntala, who was believed to take bath here and at this very site, she fell in love with King Dushyanta.
