TRS party to get 9 MLCs today
TRS Party to Get 9 MLCs Today, T Congress MLCs To Join In TRS. Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has been moving pawns to get powerful in the state council as well. The party that has tried to attract the MLCs has now started fishing the MLCs also - so that - they could get the Chairman’s post to their account.
Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has been moving pawns to get powerful in the state council as well. The party that has tried to attract the MLCs has now started fishing the MLCs also - so that - they could get the Chairman’s post to their account. On Wednesday, the MLAs of Nirmal and Sirpur Kagaz Nagar will join TRS. They have won on BSP ticket. They have even declared to merge the BSP legislative party in TRS.
From the other end, as many as 9 MLCs are on their way joining TRS. They reportedly include:
- Pula Ravinder
- Janaradhan Reddy
- Bhanu Prasad Rao
- Bhoopal Reddy
- Rajalingam
Already TRS has 6 MLCs in the house. With the addition of 9 more MLCs, the figure would touch 15 MLCs out of a total of 32 sitting-in MLCs. By this, TRS party gets the maximum number figure to dominate in the council. So, it was learnt that Swamy Goud would be offered the chairman post after taking it from Vidyasagar. For the same, the party may think of no confidence motion on Chairman. Nevertheless, it is learnt that Neti Vidysagar, the sitting-in council Chairman would not let it happen and would quit of his own, added sources.
In a nutshell, it is learnt that almost a dozen members would join TRS from either house of Telangana state on Wednesday. The leaders from both Congress Party and TDP include this list, added sources. It is also learnt that the joining formalities would commence at 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
