Japanese envoy calls on Telangana CM, he Japanese Consul-General Masanori Nakano called on the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao here on Friday.
Hyderabad: The Japanese Consul-General Masanori Nakano called on the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao here on Friday. Both the leaders were understood to have exchanged views on various issues. The Chief Minister made a presentation to the Japanese delegation on the industrial policy of the government.

KCR told the delegation that his government was looking forward to Japan to get the help for the new State in terms of setting up of new industries.
He assured them that the government would soon come up with an investor-friendly policy. The delegation told the government about various reputed companies and also briefed him about technical help being extended by Japan for power generation at Nagarjunasagar and Srisailam projects besides JICA (Japan Industrial Co-operative Agency) initiatives in the State.
