Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu and his Telangana counterpart K Chandrasekhar Rao were seen together with Governor ESL Narasimham. It is a customary tea party, hosted by the Governor of the two states every year, at Rajbhavan, on the eve of Independence Day. The entire episode went well with the trio having enthusiastic conversation and also the two CMs conversing with each other.
The two leaders later had a closed-door meeting with the Governor as well. KCR and CBN were recently seen together during President Pranab Mukherjee's visit. The citizens of both the states are watchful if this normal protocol culture will work towards strengthening relations between AP and TS which have been marked by disputes over several issues. Several ministers, top officials and freedom fighters of the two states marked their presence on the occasion.
