Amazon techie found dead in Hyderabad

In a tragic turn of events, the body of a software engineer was found in the dormitary.

The 22-year-old techie who hails from Delhi and an employee of Amazon in Hyderabad was found dead on Sunday. He had gone to his hostel in Rajiv Nagar to rest for sometime. Although there were reports of him committing suicide, sources close to his family rubbished the claims and said the death was natural. It is learnt that the deceased, identified as Prateek had been unwell for quite sometime now.

Prateek had completed his engineering course from IIT Guwahati. He got a job with Amazon during campus recruitment. He had began working since July this year.

According to reports, Prateek's mortal remains were found by a housekeeping staff when he went to clean the room. He was the one to alert the management, it is learnt.

The management filed a complaint at a nearby police station and also informed the same to the boy's parents. The cops rushed to the spot and are now investigating the cause behind the death of the software engineer.

As per reports, no suicide note had been found near the body or his room. Thus, it is said to be a case of natural death.
