It looks like KCR changed his stand recently. The usual Anti- Andhra KCR seems to be gone, now he is Anti-Seemandhra Rulers KCR. He recently made a statement that all the people in Hyderabad are Telanaganites. He promised that he will take care of settlers as his own.
