Gas leak in college; 50 students fall sick

Karimnagar: About 50 Intermediate students of Trinity Junior College, here, fell sick after a poisonous gas leaked on the premises on Friday. Members of student unions said they fell sick after inhaling gas which leaked from an AC in a classroom. The management admitted students in three private hospitals here. Student unions and parents demonstrated at the college and staged a ‘rasta roko’ on the highway, resulted in heavy traffic jam. Heavy police deployment was made at the college.
