Sangareddy: With the intention of extending free legal services to villages, Telangana State Legal Services Authority (TSLSA) has decided to set up village-level centers, according to Senior Judge and Secretary, TSLSA. He was the chief guest at legal awareness camp held at Ameenpur ZP High School at Patancheru on Monday. Addressing the gathering, he said due to lack of awareness among people about legal systems, they were not being able to utilise the laws for their benefit.

In this context, he felt that everyone must have basic legal knowledge. He said the Legal Services Authority was making all efforts to reach out to people in mandal and district levels and that the services would be extended to villages by setting up centers there as well.

To use legal services and get information, he said that Supreme Court has started 15100 helpline.
