Doctors Blamed For Stillbirth. A woman gave birth to a stillborn girl due to the alleged negligence of doctors at the Government hospital here on Wednesday.
Tandur (Ranga Reddy): A woman gave birth to a stillborn girl due to the alleged negligence of doctors at the Government hospital here on Wednesday. Suvarna, who belongs to Tunkimetla village in Kodangal mandal of Mahabubnagar district, was admitted in the hospital on Tuesday as she developed labour pains. Doctors told attendant Rukkamma that Suvarna would deliver normally. She suffered labour pains till 01-00 pm on Wednesday. Finally, doctors performed caesarean operation at 1.30 pm and took out a stillborn girl. Doctors told Rukkamma that Suvarna had a stillborn girl. Suvarna tried to abandon the stillborn girl on the hospital premises as no male persons were accompanying them. Two youths, Naresh and Balu, who were present on the hospital premises, have informed police about the stillborn girl. The victim alleged that she gave birth to the stillborn girl due to negligence of doctors.
