Hyderabad: Government chief whip Koppula Eshwar thanked Chief Minister K Chandrsekhar Rao for announcing hike in salaries of Zilla Parishad Chairman, mayor, deputy mayor and other representatives of local bodies in the budget. Addressing media persons along with G Sunitha at TRSLP office after the House adjourned to meet on Saturday, Eshwar thanked the Chief Minister for his gesture. He said the Chief Minister’s decision to hike the salaries will help local bodies focus on developing further.
