Venkat Reddy Jakka is a first generation entrepreneur who has made a mark on Hyderabad Real Estate market within a short span of 10 years. A commerce graduate from Osmania University, and a serial entrepreneur, Venkat Reddy Jakka first established a software company named VR Computers Pvt Ltd. In year 2000. The company was a pioneer in developing e-learning modules for school students.

The “First Rank” series of e-learning CDROMs launched by VR Computers were hugely successful in the market. VR Computers also had a GIS division, which worked with government department like National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), AP District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) and National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) to digitize cadastral maps.

In year 2004, Venkat Reddy Jakka forayed into Real Estate sector. Starting from a humble beginning, Venkat Reddy Jakka first launched an independent houses venture. The resounding success of this first venture proved to be a solid foundation on which Venkat built his company as – Arnav Vishishta Constructions India Pvt Ltd. AV Constructions grew by leaps and bounds.

The company has successfully executed several real estate projects, which include gated communities, independent houses, residential apartments, duplex houses, and commercial complexes. Today, AV Constructions is a name to reckon in Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Sector with a built up area of about one Million Square Feet.

Venkat Reddy Jakka is personally involved in all important activities of AV Constructions, which include identifying new projects, executing strategic partnerships, liaison with government departments, material procurement, and marketing. Venkat Reddy Jakka is currently the Vice President of Andhra Pradesh Builders Federation – An umbrella organization of real estate developers in the state.
