TS Pharmacy Registration Tribunal constituted

In the wake of bifurcation of united Andhra Pradesh, the Telangana State government has decided to form Telangana State Pharmacy Registration Tribunal in accordance with Section 30 (1) of Pharmacy Council Act, 1948 (Central Act No.8 of 1948). Accordingly, the State government on Monday issued notifications constituting State Tribunal to be called as “Telangana State Pharmacy Registration Tribunal” with effect from April 6.
